Cancellation

You may cancel your order before your item is produced or shipped. If your cancellation request is approved, you will receive a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, order cancellation is no longer available.

Returns (if applicable)

We support product returns. You are entitled to submit a return request within 30 calendar days after you receive your goods. To qualify for a return, the item must remain unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return. Please do not send returned items directly to the manufacturer.

If items arrive damaged or incorrect due to our error, you do not need to cover the return shipping fee.

Refunds (if applicable)

After we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will send you an email confirming receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund application has been accepted or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed, and funds will be credited back to your credit card or original payment method within 10–15 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please first verify your bank account. Next, reach out to your credit card issuer, as refunds can take time to be officially posted. Then contact your bank, since additional processing time is common for refund transactions. If you have completed all these steps and still have not gotten your refund, please contact us at service@voguishco.com.
